My experience at the resort was mixed. While the staff were friendly and helpful, I was quite disappointed with the condition of the facilities and the overall service during my stay. The check-in process was frustrating and there seemed to be a constant push to attend time-share presentations, which detracted from our experience. However, the pools were enjoyable, and the location offered easy access to nearby attractions.
